At Intuit, I served as a key UX and UI web and product designer, dedicated to enhancing internal tools for Tax Analysts. My work encompassed the entire design process, beginning with comprehensive surveys and persona creation to gain a deep understanding of the user base. I conducted user testing and journey mapping to pinpoint pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Through iterative prototyping, I refined user interactions and developed a cohesive and engaging visual theme that aligned with Intuit's brand and user needs. My contributions significantly streamlined and elevated the tools essential to the productivity and effectiveness of Intuit's Tax Developers and Analysts.
